I launched Freedom Professional Services in July 2010 following 20 years as an administrative assistant in marketing, public relations, corporate communications and events planning, as well as executive support for non-profits and corporate entities.
FPS can handle a wide variety of tasks including correspondence & bulk mailings, data entry, customer follow-up, social media and blogging, newsletter writing, event planning, public/media relations, and marketing assistance on a remote basis for clients anywhere in the United States.
I have built a network of trusted referral partners to assist my clients with business areas that I don’t handle myself, such as bookkeeping, graphic design, and web design. My long-term goal is to grow my business to a multi-VA practice, managing a team of VA’s to handle a wider range of services.
I grew up in Denver, Colorado. I fell in love with the Boston area while attending Brandeis University, and stayed there for the better part of two decades. A job transfer brought me to Frederick, MD in 2006. In my free time, I act and volunteer with the Fredericktowne Players, a community theater group.
